We want you to love your Nuvora purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after your item is delivered to request a return.
Eligibility
- The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (your order number or confirmation email) is required.
How to start a return
Email us at supportnuvoraofficial@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply within 24-48 hours with return instructions. Please do not send items back before receiving instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at supportnuvoraofficial@gmail.com with a photo, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Nuvora covers all return shipping.
